How To Use
1. Insert a Single Blister
Remove the cap and open the door. Insert one Velair™ blister with the flat side facing the mouthpiece and the arrow on the tab pointing downwards. Press the blister straight down until it stops and the tab sits flush with the top of the door.
Keep the device upright and close the door firmly until it is fully shut.
You may not hear or feel the blister being pierced — this is completely normal.
Door fully closed = blister pierced.
Do not reopen the door before inhaling.
2. Exhale Calmly
Exhale deeply to empty your lungs. Never breathe or exhale into the device.
Note: Before inhaling, remove anything from your mouth, such as chewing gum or mints. Take a few deep breaths to relax and steady your breathing.
3. Inhale Deeply & Hold
Exhale fully, then place the mouthpiece between your lips. Take a slow, deep breath in for at least 5 seconds.
Hold your breath for around 5 seconds, then exhale slowly.
Most doses are delivered in a single inhale. If you're unsure, it's perfectly fine to take another inhale.
Once finished, open the door, remove the used blister and dispose of it.
When To Use
For optimal results, use once daily in the morning.
